Let's Get Ready To Roll!
This group is open to all community members and is designed for parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers, offering a supportive environment to learn about physical development milestones, effective play techniques, and nurturing exercises.
Led by our licensed physical therapist, these sessions incorporate fun, interactive activities tailored to enhance your baby's motor skills, coordination and overall physical health. You'll have the opportunity to connect with other parents, share experiences, ask questions about child development, and gain valuable insight into supporting your child's development at home.
Join us for this enriching experience, where you can bond with your baby while equipping yourself with the knowledge and tools to foster their growth in a playful and encouraging setting!

Write On! Handwriting Group
Join us for our summer handwriting groups, run by one of our Occupational Therapists. This group will focus on the fundamentals of handwriting including pre-writing and writing skills. Hand strength, pencil grasp, letter/number formation, spacing, sizing, orientation to line among other skills will be focused on in a fun, engaging and multi-sensory approach.
Summer sessions are offered weekly in the months of July and August.
